We own a 70m2 coffee shop in Warsaw (Mokotów), unfortunately we are having to put it up for sale for family reasons. We are selling the business as a whole with all appliances and furniture (a list can be sent over if needed), so if the new owners purchase the business it’s ready to go from the beginning. We are asking 58,000pln (Note: this is not for the building, just the business), this is a negotiable price but serious offers only. The rent is 5,200pln with VAT which can be claimed back and this includes water and heating rates. On top of that is internet (61zl) and electricity (between 250-360zl). As a UPS access point we are paid 123zl which covers the internet and a bit of the energy bill. There are no loans, we are debt free as I paid in full when taking the place over.
An alcohol licence is also an option to add to the business (building council are agreeable to allow this) and recent building plans show existing ventilation, so there is potential to alter the image of the establishment to become a bistro.
