Object of the offer
The object real property is a plot of land no 2/6, sheet 07, precinct of Rataje-Nowe Miasto with
area of 3,550 m2, located in 61131 Poznań in Katowicka (St.), for which the Local Court in
Poznań, 5th Department of Land and Mortgage Register conducts Register no
PO2P/00018925/0.
The plot of land is encumbered with a mortgage that does exceed the value of the real
property. According to an agreement with PKO BK Bank in the case of selling the said plot, the
bank will receive an amount equal to the mortgage value, whereas the rest of the amount will
be received by the selling party, and in this case the buying party will receive the real property
without any financial encumbrances (debts).

Description of the real property location
The object real property is located in the eastern part of Poznań, in the quarter of Nowe
Miasto, precinct Rataje, between the streets of: Milczańska, Bolesława Krzywoustego and
Katowicka.
The shape of this plot of land is similar to a triangle, flat ground, non-developed but with
access to all development media.
The plot of land is located in the vicinity of Centrum Handlowe Posnania (Posnania Shopping
Mall), where besides retail facilities also - on the area of 60 ha - offices, housing estates and
green areas are located.
