We offer our guest house with restaurant and bar as well as the campsite which is located on a site next to it. Reason for selling is that I am now an advanced age and want to take it easy. We've been here for 25 years and I don't want to leave but a little less. I'm only going to be involved with the breeding of tinkers and the activities around it

Pension Jaskółka is an old renovated farm with land around it and it is located in Marczów in south-west Poland about 25 km from Jelenia Góra. The village of Marczów is very small and is located in a nature reserve that is very beautiful. The guest house 3 floors. The lower floor consists of a restaurant (with extensivley equipped kitchen), bar, guest kitichen and dining area, living room/social area with fireplace, and one bathroom with shower and toilet. The middle floor has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. There is also a shared bathroom on this floor. The top floor has 2 appartments. One has a bathroom, living room and bedroom. The second, larger apartment (intented for owner/manager use) has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom, bedroom (located in loft) and a balcony area. This balcony leads down to a fenced garden with apple trees.
The main kitchen is equipped with an extensive inventory so that all meals can be prepared. It is a professional kitchen with freezers, refrigeration, frying, etc. The plot has its own water supply and 2 ceptic tanks. There is also a large gas tank outside that provides the central heating. There are also 2 boilers that can be switched depending on the number of guests and which are heated by the central heating boiler. The campsite is about 1HA in size and equipped with various points for electricity and water. There is a sanitary building with ladies and gentlemen, each with 2 showers and toilets. The campsite has its own entrance with a gate. There are 2 mobile homes on the campsite, 1 of which is also for sale, the other we want to use for workers during the summer months
The price is very dependent on what one wants and what one wants to continue. The guest house with restaurant and camping which we want to sell including some activities with materials such as kayaks, archery and disc golf equipment.
Ot also includes a barn with 3 stables, hayloft *or other storage) and other rooms in this building.

We plan to continue nearby in our house to care for our horses and land. Guests to the pension are able to take advantage of being able to learn and interact with out animals (horses, cows, alpacas)
