The Zielone Wzgórze facility has been operating continuously for 10 years. During that time, it has developed its own recognizable know-how, which it owes to local, creative cuisine based on local products, a craft brewery, and accommodation places surrounded by greenery and singing birds. The restaurant has two local product certificates from the Ślężanie LAG.

It is a 3-story building, which serves as a guesthouse with 9 rooms with bathrooms. The maximum number of people in the guesthouse is 25. The building has a staircase that connects buildings no. 2 and 3, a public toilet for guests, and technical facilities (boiler room and social room).
